Lauren Ashtyn Guest
Co-Founder/Designer
From the very beginning way back in 2015 this wasnât just another beauty business for Lauren
Ashtyn Guest and her husband, Christopher Guest âThe Hair Hunkâ Guest. Fueled by a shared
passion to restore confidence to women facing hair loss, they sold their home, packed up their
lives into a camper, and hit the road with nothing but a dream and a mission. Every topper and
wig theyâve handcrafted since carries that same spirit of fearless commitment. Today, more than
30,000 women have walked out of our salons, popâup events, and online consultations feeling
like themselves again proof that our work changes lives.
But peel back the curtain, and youâll find TLACâs heart isnât a corporation but a family of stylists
who grew alongside Lauren Ashtyn from childhood salon days under her mother, Tracey Tinsley
to now. Many of the hands that design and perfect our hairpieces have been with us 15â20 years,
whether in our Spartanburg home salon where over 80% fly in or at one of our 35+ annual
popâu

Marley Peters
Campaign Director
Marley is a creative with a passion for writing. She loves to work with old fashioned pen and paper, but more often than not you can find her hunched over her laptop (posture game in progress).
Her journey in public relations has taken her to exciting places. She was part of the team that helped propel Speed Skating Manitoba and Team Manitoba to the Olympics and Canada Winter Games. All that while not even being able to skate.
As a Public Relations pro, learning the ropes of diverse industries and mastering the art of crafting killer pitches for clients worldwide is just another day. Yaaawn. Just kidding. It's anything but boring!
